Who is Roy?

I’m Captain Roy Davis, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer with a background in military leadership and human performance.

My experience in the military shaped how I think about structure, preparation, and accountability but my work today is centered on people. I coach individuals from all walks of life and tailor training to their goals, lifestyles, and starting points, whether they’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or refining performance.

I believe progress happens when people feel supported, understood, and challenged in the right measure.

If you’re ready to train with purpose and start seeing real, lasting results, I’m ready to get you there!

Training Philosophy

At the heart of my coaching is a genuine passion for helping people create healthy, lasting behavioral change. Physical results matter, but they only endure when the habits behind them are sustainable. My role is not just to deliver workouts. It is to build structure, reinforce consistency, and help clients develop the routines and decision-making patterns that support long-term success.

Training, at its core, is preparation not punishment. The goal is to build people who are strong, capable, durable, and visibly developed without sacrificing long-term health or real-life sustainability. Every client arrives with a different body, history, and stress load, so the program must fit the person. I prioritize sound movement, then apply progressive overload with intention and control, allowing clients to adapt safely.

My approach blends strength and hypertrophy work with conditioning, mobility, and movement quality so clients don’t simply look better: they feel, move, and perform better too.

I value consistency over flash and focus on building structured, repeatable, and scalable systems that clients can actually maintain. Discipline matters, but so does intelligent coaching and clear communication.

My mission is simple: build bodies that perform and physiques that last.
