Who is Roy?
I’m Captain Roy Davis, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer with a background in military leadership and human performance.
My experience in the military shaped how I think about structure, preparation, and accountability but my work today is centered on people. I coach individuals from all walks of life and tailor training to their goals, lifestyles, and starting points, whether they’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or refining performance.
I believe progress happens when people feel supported, understood, and challenged in the right measure.
My approach blends evidence-based training, sound movement principles, and thoughtful progression. Discipline isn’t about intensity for its own sake, it’s about consistency, awareness, and doing the right things well, over time.
